To reach the deaf in the world with the gospel of Christ with priority given to those who have no access to the gospel.

• Passion for God – ICCD exists for the sole purpose of glorifying God. We wholeheartedly recognize that He alone is worthy of praise, and we are committed to praising Him. God graciously allows us to join Him in His work as He equips us for each task. 

• Unreached Deaf – ICCD is committed to reaching those deaf who have not “heard” of God’s gift of salvation and life.  

• Sending Church – ICCD acknowledges the essential role of a sending church. Our missionaries must be commended and sent by their local church.

• God’s Intervention – ICCD is committed to allowing God the freedom to redirect our plans to accomplish the vision He entrusted to ICCD.

• Centralized Leadership – ICCD is committed to a centralized form of leadership and accountability. God has entrusted ICCD with a specific vision of reaching the deaf for God’s glory. We value empowering our staff to fulfill our vision. We seek workers who have caught this vision and who are committed to serving wholeheartedly under this form of leadership.
