Today, 70 million deaf people are scattered all over the globe. They are Mexican, Chinese, Pakistani, Nigerian, Dutch, American. Some are rich and well cared for. Others are starving, not just for food but for love as well. Some hold advanced degrees and command the respect of all they meet. Others don’t know their own name.

ICCD is for all of them. Our vision is to reach the deaf in the world for Christ. Sometimes this means equipping local churches to reach their deaf neighbors. At other times it means constructing campuses where deaf can learn to communicate, read and write, have healthy meal to eat every day, sleep in warm beds, learn vocational skills, and experience Jesus Christ’s overwhelming love.
