God has given ICCD a vision that makes each “if only” a possibility. The deaf are scattered all over the world, but so is God’s Church. ICCD is ready to partner with local churches all over the world to reach the deaf around the corner. When local churches open their facilities during the week and find teachers from inside their membership, a new school is born. No language study or cultural adjustment required. A massive investment to build dormitories, kitchens, and classrooms is no longer necessary. Schools can open and multiply almost as quickly as God burdens local believers.

ICCD is looking for college graduates like you to commit two years during which you will establish a Church School. You’ll partner with two national Christians and help them start a small but effective school and ministry to the deaf in their neighborhood. We’ll prepare you to effectively train these two teachers. After two years, you'll transition out and help start another Church School in a different area. In essence, you will be a key element of a reproducing ministry that enables more deaf in more areas to meet Christ in this generation. Give God your next two years. Watch him shape you.
